Why start with the specification.
We develop bags with production partners in Chengdu and coordinate the work from brief to shipment. Specifications, samples and inspection points are agreed in writing before bulk production begins.
Most of our work starts before there is a finished design. A buyer brings a reference, a market and a price position. We translate that into materials, a pattern and a construction that can be repeated in production. The output is a written specification, a physical sample and a sign-off — not a catalogue promise.

The range is organised into 67 catalogue series, from backpacks and totes to cooler, travel and cosmetic formats. Each programme is run from a written specification through sampling and bulk production.

Every sample returns with comments on what changed and what still needs a decision.
Sealed reference
The approved sample stays with production and is used for inspection.
